Since 2017, host Luke Bricker has shared openly about the evolution of his own spiritual path, while inviting listeners into conversations and reflections on mystic Christianity, contemplative practice, and inter-spiritual wisdom.
While the podcast originally began during a season of evangelical deconstruction, it has since grown with Luke's journey to integrate themes from Advaita Vedanta, Zen Buddhism, Kashmir Shaivism, A Course in Miracles, Gnosticism, and Western Esoteric traditions.

"Impatience is an argument with reality" as Rick Rubin said in his latest book The Creative Act, and he couldn't be more right.
Additionally, motivation is, contrary to self-development ideology, often rooted in lack and fear.
For many of us it's actually an anxious energy to try and bring about some over aggrandized version of what could be with the hope that it will resolve the seeming unhappiness of the present circumstance or state of being.
A little motivation to get some alignment, sure, but don't live there.
