In this video I talk about transcending the 2 schools of thought about desire.
One being that desire is evil and our hearts are wicked and not to be trusted (as taught by many from the Judeo-Christian tradition) and that the culprit of suffering is desire (as taught by the Buddhist tradition).
Second, the school of thought that desire is there to be indulged. We should not hold back in diving head first into our desires. That we are to gratify everything that rises within us (as taught by many New Age traditions and certain gnostic teachings).
In this video I submit that a transcendence of these two ideas is where true, pure, and righteous desire is birthed. That when we follow a flow to awaken to our identity (our True Self, the Christ within), then we can see the powerful purpose of desire in our life.
